Scenario 2: Manage Tasks in Sprint

1. User opens project
2. Sees 4 columns: Backlog, In Progress, Blocked, Done
3. Creates tasks in backlog
4. Drags to "In Progress" as work starts
5. Can edit details or change status
6. Moves to "Done" when complete
7. Stats update in real-time

Scenario 3: Mobile Check-in

1. User opens on phone
2. Projects list shows single column
3. Clicks to open project
4. Kanban shows all 4 columns (scrollable)
