6. **Refine design** — 2-3 iteration cycles
|
|
7. **Implement the UI** — Semantic HTML, modern CSS, clean JavaScript

8. **Test responsiveness** — Works perfectly on 320px, 768px, 1920px+

9. **Test accessibility** — WCAG 2.1 AA compliant, keyboard navigation works
